TETSU and Its Offering
TETSU is an organisation dedicated to promote the cause of Education and beyond. Believing in “Equality and Excellence” it is able to put together all new pedagogy and curriculum to start schools of Excellence in Futuristic Education, Training, Research and Development. We partner with Global Education Solutions and other Leaders in this field to strategically offer consulting and advisory services to provide vocational/career solutions. Together, we help build an enduring education industry, conceptualising designing and delivering future focused global education solutions and initiatives.
We are in a unique vantage point working across the education lifecycle, working with all stakeholders in the industry understanding best practices, capabilities, identifying opportunities, supply and demand globally.
As a group we have huge experience and exposure in the field of Education and therefore, we are able to put them together to come up with a curriculum that includes :
- The methodologies of many eminent women and men through the centuries going back to the “Guru and Shishaya” tradition. We take what is relevant to the times and the environment,
- The best practices from leading Education systems carved out by various countries.
- The infusion of spirituality, meditation, the local cultural values that have huge bearing on the upbringing of the children. Most importantly we include the families to help them in their learning process.
- The importance of the heart, mind, body and soul. We learn the power of presence in this world which continues to distract us with the wrong usage of technology and negative thoughts.
- The will power of each to have the ability to say “No” when necessary to have the determination and self control, to make sacrifices, to be patient and tolerant, to be humble, to be grateful and be a “Servant Leader” is a great learning process.

We are developing a boarding school to give an upbringing to the deprived children who miss out on being loved and not experience the feeling of being wanted and a sense of belonging. We thought hard and long and we finally realised that the young people be it rich or poor need a good upbringing to become a better and more responsible citizens and good human beings. The rich are in fact poor since they are deprived of love, the opportunity to love and help others though the opportunities are there right in front of their face staring at them. The poorest of the poor who live in the tribal villages laugh to their heart’s content and walk side by side with such great warmth.
Most parents today are caught up in the rat race and carried away with materialism. The importance of loving their children dearly and spending the quality time with them is often lost. Therefore, even the rich are in a way poor and deprived. This is a serious eroding phenomena, that is destroying our society and the universe in a rapid speed in stead of preserving it for posterity. Hence we are moved to go revolutionary in the way we educate, learn and bring up our children.
We have over 200 years of experience between us in this field of Education and our experience is worldwide. We run Futuristic Schools based on the philosophy of advocacy, agency, Preventive System, life long learning, phenomenon/contextual based learning and responsible global citizens. We research and find the best of the different methodologies and best practices of different countries. We are inspired by the teachings and philosophy of an eminent educator namely, Don Bosco whose philosophy rests squarely on loving kindness. He is the one who taught the whole world all about “Preventive System”. Life and learning is all about love and kindness.
TETSU believes strongly in social enterprise, social economy and community mindedness. Our methodology is intertwined with the welfare of the community and the connections with the industries. The community development interest and the individual capacity or ability help the to find a placement which will both give them happiness and fulfilment.
In a totally Secular setting with ICT and thoughtful use of technological support we are confident of producing better results than ever before. However, we are mindful of retaining their natural gifted dexterity and other skills. The handwriting, memorising for certain useful things in life and mental mathematics. The challenges are many and we recognise that we have numerous opportunities to achieve the goals of TETSU. Together, we can just do it.
The Rationale behind TETSU
The Rich Parents are hard pressed for time, impatient and at times they are single. They need a safe haven to go to. The Parents simply want to give their children an excellent upbringing. However, we have heard children say, “You give us money and you give us every material thing we need but you hardly show us the love and the time we longed for to cherish the beauty and strength of “family”. The mother in a parent teacher meeting is seen busy fiddling with her mobile and this is shocking and yet this attitude is quite common. The schools that excel in providing the holistic education that is totally transforming are few. They often spell out the concepts and methodologies. However, they fail to translate the ideas into practice.
Home Economics, Living issues, Life coaching, Personalised Learning, Virtual Learning, storytelling, simulations based learning and many other latest in learning and teaching will be followed. Community work, helping the elders, visiting the disadvantaged, appreciating and understanding different aspects of mental health and welfare are integral part of the learning. Children learn the implication of Corporate Social Responsibility and learn how to access them for their own involvement in the development work and disaster relief work. Involvement in scouting, guide and cub movement, being part of Red Cross, NCC and other active social organisation is encouraged.
We treat everyone equal and we must understand clearly that the slow learners are often better learners. All inclusive model is what we practice. We place importance to the uniqueness of every child and yet we believe and help children learn together and take the journey together and helping each other. No one is left behind.
The results of our methodology/pedagogy are proven to the world by the Fins and locally by what is set out by TETSU through TETSU Academy. The opportunities to scale and monetize help replication throughout the world. The Fins themselves understand the fine balance we Indians can have between academics, culture and spirituality.
